Students: Patience Draper, Josie Benton and Maia Novak are all 17, Nick Moretti, Aaron Novak and Calvin and Troy Clarke are all 16, Sarah Carmody is 14, Ethan Novak and Matilda Jacobson are both 13 and Adrienne Novak is 12.

This year, Kendal will be teaching Grades 7-9 and she's secretly quite glad about that. Maybe it'll be easier to gain some authority when you're not teaching students who are already towering over you!

Round 24 ROS

My ROS for this round. I won't have to kill anyone for once! As with last round, as these events happen, I'll link to them here.

• Large lottery prize (rolled $60,000 - the maximum amount!) - This is going to be a huge help to this Sim, so I'm pretty pleased. Even if it will probably also make life astonishingly easy for them.
• You're feeling creative. Take up a new hobby or start a new business: painting, music, writing, crafting, pet breeding, whatever strikes your fancy. - I have no idea what exactly this Sim is going to do but it could be fun. Maybe I'll roll for it.
  
• Ouch! You've been in a car accident! Lose 5 body points and 2 active points. Miss work (or call in sick) for 2 days, physical therapy. - I might change this one up a bit.
  
• Family reunion - I got an idea for this afternoon and I'm kind of excited.
  
• Meet someone new - Again? Hmmm. I think there's a lot of people this Sim doesn't know actually, so it should be easy.
  
• Date night - awww!

Work has been going really well for both me and Eliot. Our schedules are finally in sync, which means he no longer has to crawl out of bed at 3am. We're able to carpool to work together most days, which is great! It's nice to have that extra time to spend together before work, however short it is.

Retired hall of famer, Pascal Lachance, died last night in a fire at his home in Exeter. The fire is thought to be caused by a pot left burning on the stove and is not thought to be suspicious. No one else in the house was harmed.

Being completely unfamiliar with air travel, Rose thought an ETA of 4.15 meant she'd finally see Joanna at 4.15. She's disappointed when Wade tells her they'll be lucky if the plane has even landed by then.

David and Kirstin are awaiting the birth of their baby (and yes - ultrasounds confirm it is just the one this time!) in Autumn 2018. They've found a new house and are already living in it. It's a bit of a mess right now, with boxes all over the place. Hopefully, they'll at least have the nursery ready by the time Baby Sitko arrives.
