Athena has been wanting a holiday since before we got married, so I finally relented and dragged the whole family to Cape Elizabeth. We stayed right on the beach, in little bungalows. Wade and Joanna discovered that they love sandcastles. By the end of our trip, there were sandcastles in various states of disrepair all up and down the shore.

We had a family portrait done in the backyard recently. Wade kept it together for the picture but threw an enormous tantrum right afterwards. I guess he was being held by Grandpa for just a little bit too long.

Athena is about halfway through her pregnancy now and she's lucky she's got a chef for a husband. She's hungry pretty much all day so I'm always serving up extra food for her. I even leave stuff in the fridge for her when I go to work.

Ever since I graduated and moved in with my fiance, Adam, he's been very eager to marry. I really wanted to wait a little bit but Adam, despite being a pleasure seeker by nature, has a really strong family streak too.
Augustin Novak and Hanna Gottlieb were another couple who had decided to skip the dorms and get their own place on campus.
Isaac was still continuing his affairs with the various women he'd meet at the restaurant he worked at. He usually didn't see them more than once.
Hanna checks on her ants every morning before school. She's a true Knowledge Sim in the making.
The Gottlieb twins Adam and Hanna, appear to get on a little better than Athena and Linnea.
They're always together, joking around or playing.
Isaac and Petra still seem to be in love.
Lately though, he's been spending his days at Be Real Nightclub. For a night time venue, it's pretty busy during the day.
He didn't go there looking for someone like Mackenzie but they seemed to go from initial flirting to full-on making out before Isaac knew what was happening.
Raffaella sees all this happening and stops smustling for ten seconds to go and say hello to Mackenzie and find out what's going on. Isaac's not too keen for Raffaella to know what's going on (she is good friends with Isaac and went to college with his wife, so she knows her quite well too). The second Raff's back is turned, he and Mackenzie sneak out of the club.
Before they know it, they're on Isaac's bed.
When he hears his wife and kids coming home from work and school, Isaac quickly ushers Mackenzie out the back door. Petra is none the wiser.
He feels guilty though and lavishes attention on Petra for the rest of the week.
First up this time, Nathalie and Elias get a visit from Isaac and Petra (that's their house in the background - they live just around the corner).
They were hoping to say hello to Nathalie too but pregnancy is really taking it all out of her. She sleeps all day!
It's not long before Nathalie goes into labour. While Elias is at work, unfortunately, so she does it all alone!
Welcome to the world, Ottilie Draper! She's got Mum's skintone and Dad's black hair.
Well, this is handy! Elias is trying to save money for his pottery store so I take this opportunity to have both him and Nathalie wish for wealth. Next rotation, I'm going to have these guys move house and find a nice little shop for Elias.

Luckily, Courtney Edwards is not as crappy as she appeared to be at first.
This was something I'd never seen before. Simona was visiting and I guess she was either booing or laughing at Nathalie's painting (I missed exactly what she was doing so I'm not sure). Nathalie got "React to Dislike" in her queue and headed over to the painting and acted very embarrassed.
Yes, and she's pregnant again. No sooner was Ottilie born than they were trying for a baby again.
I've mentioned before that my cop started out kind of crappy and my landlord is a total asshat but I really lucked out with the nanny. She doesn't have negative relationships with any of my parent Sims, is sweet with all the kids and actually does her job pretty well!
Which is a good thing, because they'll be needing her! Baby #2 is on the way!

Nathalie and Elias are both sure to lavish attention on Ottilie too, so she doesn't feel too left out.
He likes the extra privacy too.
He wasn't very fond of his neighbour though. This guy made noise constantly - Isaac had his evenings interrupted by loud music and what sounded suspiciously like woohoo. Anyway, it's not something Isaac ever had to deal with on the farm. Their closest neighbours were right up the other end of the road and the Kirbys are a pretty quiet family anyway.
Nathalie gets a little house on campus with her boyfriend Elias. And dyes her hair brown.
Raffaella and Lukas got a house together too. They were able to afford a rather pricey one (about $9000 rental, fully furnished), because Raffaella earned an insane 8 scholarships, while Lukas earned 6.
Petra has enrolled at Suffolk too, but is stuck in the dorms. Seeing Isaac decided not to go to college and she's only got $4000 of her own money, she can't afford to rent any of the little houses lining Coxon Way.
For some reason, Petra rolls the want to get engaged to Isaac pretty much as soon as she gets to the dorm. I indulge her but I don't know how well this will end. She really is the oddest little Romance Sim I've ever had.
Jonah and Simona were finishing up their last two years of college when this new influx arrived and were still spending a lot of time at Stanhope Library. No point to this pic at all, except I like how the library looks here.
Simona was dying for Raffaella to join them at college, so she was excited to finally run into her little sis while studying up for her finals. It's a shame they were only together at college for two years, because they really get along so, so well.
