You say it's your birthday, Summer 2022
It's birthday time again: possibly the only thing I love as much as a Sim wedding!

Narrated by Lake Draper
Since Patience, Calvin and Troy are all away at college, it's now just the three of us. It's almost eerily quiet and the house feels so empty.Friday, 26 February 2010
Download: Inge's Age Group Tweak, modified by me
Someone left a comment yesterday, asking if I would be willing to upload my age tweak. So for those of you who are a little nervous about SimPE, you can use my edit of Inge's file instead.
With this file, the age stages last as follows:
Baby - 3 days
Toddler - 4 days
Child - 8 days
Teen - 5 days
Adult - 39 days
Elder - 3-33 days
Please note that I have removed the aspiration bonus, which gives Sims extra long lifespans for aging up to elder in green, gold or platinum aspiration. Post-AL, I find that most Sims are perma-plat by the time they reach elderhood, whether they've reached their LTW or not, so having a bonus for that seemed pointless to me. With this tweak, the number of days your elder Sims will live is purely random.
Since I edited this file, I've made some changes to how my Sims age but seeing I do all my aging manually and keep very detailed notes about my Sims' aging, I didn't bother updating the file. If I ever do, I'll upload the new version.
Download it here! Please let me know if you have any problems with downloading it.

So far, Jessica has been so much easier to raise than Josh was. She's so easy-going and gentle, whereas Josh was more of the pull-Mummy's-hair-and-then-laugh-because-it's-so-funny model of toddler.Thursday, 25 February 2010

Anna is never quite sure what to do when people are blubbering. She could comfort them but it feels so insincere when she does it. Even when her own sister was going through her separation, she was always at a loss for what to say.Wednesday, 24 February 2010

It's unbelievable how much things have changed for us in less than a year. This time last year, Ione and I were in the middle of wedding preparations and now, we're married with twin sons.Monday, 22 February 2010

With such a small enrolment this year, Betsy has been able take on a non-teaching role. Kendal's been teaching long enough now to handle all the students on her own and now Betsy's admin work won't have to take a back seat this year. Maybe she can finally get on top of everything!Sunday, 21 February 2010
Came around
Round 25: Winter 2021
Narrated by Kimberly Carmody
I'd still like to look at adopting a third child and Betsy's completely against it. I know she's right and that a third would be a bad idea but there's still that little niggling feeling that I can't seem to ignore.Saturday, 20 February 2010
I am sound
Round 25: Winter 2021
Since Dad promoted Magdalena to manager, they tend to bother her with their complaints instead of him. They'll actually call her away from the stove just to bitch about Dad's waitress.
