A few of you were asking to have a look at my ROS file, so here it is.
My list is mostly from Jade's ROS, along with a few of my own that I've tossed in plus some that I've grabbed from other blogs. In my own game, I have a lot of Laura's random events too but seeing she's just put up an updated version of her own random file today, I didn't include any of hers in this file.
This year, Kendal will be teaching Grades 7-9 and she's secretly quite glad about that. Maybe it'll be easier to gain some authority when you're not teaching students who are already towering over you!
Very soon after Mum died, Kimberly moved back in with us. Both our daughters had a really tough time with their grandmother's death and seeing we'd been making moves towards getting back together, we both thought now would be a good time.
by Gordon Nott, Summer 2019 One-time journalist, Vivienne Carmody, died early this morning of natural causes, aged 79. At the time of her death, she was living in Sullivan with her daughter and two granddaughters.
Very early on a Sunday morning, Abigail and Jesse Carmody realise that their long awaited baby is coming right now! If only Abigail's mother Mina was awake - Jesse is having trouble keeping himself calm, let alone offering any sort of help to his wife!
Just some very random funny stuff from Round 23 that didn't make it into the updates - enjoy!
Emil, the man who gave us this, this and this (not to mention plenty more public indecency I don't have pictures of), is only okay with PDAs if he's on the giving or receiving end. If it's anyone else, Emil becomes a bit of a prude!
When Aaron and Ethan were younger, they were very close but once Aaron started high school, they didn't hang out together quite as much. Now that Ethan had joined him, they were once again best buddies.
Work has been going really well for both me and Eliot. Our schedules are finally in sync, which means he no longer has to crawl out of bed at 3am. We're able to carpool to work together most days, which is great! It's nice to have that extra time to spend together before work, however short it is.
When Luc told me he'd managed to score me a promotion at work, I thought the dress code might be a little looser at a music camp for kids. I can do conservative, but couldn't I do it in jeans or something? This was more like spinster librarian. But promotions mean more money, which means I can afford to move out sooner.
Olivia Nihill has just graduated and is now living back in Sullivan (in Caleb and Cara's old unit). Olivia won't get a cent from her trust fund until she turns 25, so she's stuck renting for the meantime. She's been lucky enough to land a position as an intern in fashion design.
I know, right? 18 students! I think this is my largest enrolment ever. If you follow me on Twitter or if you happened to see my tweet in the sidebar here, you might have seen that it's going to be even bigger next round! Can you imagine when they all get to high school? Crazy! So you can see why I needed a third teacher.
Augustin is totally pumped and ready for another school day!
Grandma is taking Grandpa's death really hard. They were married for 44 years but Mum kind of pre-warned me that Grandma might want to start dating again really soon. Which really grossed me out but I prepared myself.
Retired hall of famer, Pascal Lachance, died last night in a fire at his home in Exeter. The fire is thought to be caused by a pot left burning on the stove and is not thought to be suspicious. No one else in the house was harmed.
For our last year at university, Lia and I rented a beach house near campus! Well, I did. I've been saving all my grant money but I didn't want to live by myself so I invited Lia along. It's nice being out of the dorms and we're truly on our own for the first time now. And we're on the beach!
Joanna's plane is due to touch down at 4.15 and Wade and Rose have parked themselves in the arrivals lounge to wait. Being completely unfamiliar with air travel, Rose thought an ETA of 4.15 meant she'd finally see Joanna at 4.15. She's disappointed when Wade tells her they'll be lucky if the plane has even landed by then.
Kirstin is nearing the end of her pregnancy and is on maternity leave. She's been spending most of her time with her mother, who's been very tolerable of late. Almost sweet, even! Collette is finally getting that fifth grandchild she's wanted for so long, so she's been in a good mood.
Narrated by Claudia Kirby I cannot wait to take over the market and farm after college. I don't think there'll be anything better than growing your own crops and knowing that people all over the town are using them in their homes.
I never told you this before, because I knew you'd freak out (especially you, Dad) but I guess now that I'm finished and managed to not get robbed or murdered, I can tell you. Up until now, all through my trip, I've been camping out.
Athena Gottlieb is the new (and first) governor of Sullivan. One of the bedrooms in the Gottlieb house has been converted to a home office for Athena. 2017 is a tax year and one of Athena's new duties is tax collection.
Nothing but baby news for the Spring 2017 birthdays!
David and Kirstin are awaiting the birth of their baby (and yes - ultrasounds confirm it is just the one this time!) in Autumn 2018. They've found a new house and are already living in it. It's a bit of a mess right now, with boxes all over the place. Hopefully, they'll at least have the nursery ready by the time Baby Sitko arrives.
Hope really likes the new house, and having her very own bedroom in the new house. Her parents even let her pick out most of the furniture and decorations for it, so it's very much her room. But she's missing sharing a room with her older brother Nathan. Just a little bit.
